Expert Source

What if your online communications expert source didn't merely comment on the news, but also contributed to the thinking that's actually shaping the field as it continues to emerge?

Well, then your audiences might actually take away something valuable form your segment. If your looking to infuse your broadcast, article or other communications artifact with something fresh, intellectual and interesting; if you're looking for a passionate practitioner of potential and possibilities; if you're looking for someone articulate, informative and fun; then you might want to call Jakob Nielsen—but if by chance he isn't available, I'll try to fill his very big shoes. When called upon, I'll strive to:

  • Elevate the discussion of Web/Interactive experience design beyond the fray of passing fancy to include both classic principles and modern innovations
  • Discuss the issues of the day that are most urgent, while connecting them with the industry's overarching storyline
  • Bring to life the key insights that you'll want your audience to take away from the encounter
  • Inspire your audiences to dig deeper into the issues that are literally defining social consciousness and human awareness in the 21st century
