INVIONI

This section of my website is devoted to INVIONI, the interactive agency that I operated from 2001 to 2009. The subject of numerous articles and awards, INVIONI gleaned international attention and acclaim for its work in the areas of e-business, e-learning and e-culture.

In 2009, I decided that the market trends were clearly going in the direction that would better support a Web platform technology developer like The Pogostick than they would an interactive agency like INVIONI. The fact is that organizations are looking to spend an increasingly smaller amount of money to get an increasingly higher level of deliverable. The traditional interactive agency model simply does not support that type of trend. The Pogostick business model, however, absolutely does.

You could say that what follows is a tribute/memorial to INVIONI and a showcase for the work for which Brad, Brett, Brain, Carlos, Chris, Gray, Jake, Henning, Maureen, Peter, Steve, Steve, I, and so many others worked so hard and tirelessly for for all those years. I hope you enjoy what you find here.

The INVIONI Loft

For those of you who had the opportunity to enjoy the space that I designed with Matthew Lee, you know that the space we had at the Mill City Museum at 710 South 2nd St. in Minneapolis was extremely special. We probably had more fun there than we should have had and the memories of that place will last a lifetime.

The Elastic Satellite

The Elastic Satellite was INVIONI's newsletter—which was actually printed, mailed, and distributed back in the olden days when we first started out. We always felt a sense of commitment to publishing and nurturing the fledgling interactive industry along.
